Guarantees, Size Exchanges and Cancellations

We have a 6 month guarantee against faulty parts and workmanship on our silicone sport wristbands.  A 12 month guarantee on our other products. Please note proof of purchase is required.

The properties of our magnets are guaranteed for life.

Size exchanges: Ordered the wrong size, don't worry. Simply return your unopened purchase to us within 28 days of receipt with a note confirming the size your require. We will then dispatch the new sized product straight away. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply.

Cancellations: You can cancel an order by calling 0407197694 or emailing orders@magnethealing.com.au quoting your order number.

If you have already received an email confirming despatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. If your goods have been despatched, return your purchases to us within 7 days to receive a full refund less the shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE:  Bioflow models are water resistant and not suitable for any kind of immersion in water but will withstand being out in the rain and washing your hands. The new 2017 designed Sport is water proof.
